I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was convenient near the metro, but a bit out of the way from major attractions. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but the service was a bit erratic. The dining options were superb with a wide range of choices, but the outdoor pool was disappointingly small.

The hotel had a decent size room after a bit of a run-around through the 10 blocks, which was frankly disgusting. However, my room was luckily ready when I arrived. The service was more helpful and informative after I complained about music coming from the apartment next door. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, even canceling my stay without any problems or extra charges. The location was interesting being in a neighborhood, very clean, and busy and lively without the excessive tourism of the Barrio Gotic. Regarding dining, it was delicious and a great deal compared to other options, with an excellent variety of food. The facility did look nice if you managed to get a deal.
